NON-DISCRIMINATION REQUIREMENTS. 4.6.1 Compliance with the City's Equal Opportunity Contracting Program. The Consultant shall comply with the City's Equal Opportunity Contracting Program Consultant Requirements (Exhibit D). The Consultant shall not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment on any basis prohibited by law. The Consultant shall provide equal opportunity in all employment practices. The Consultant shall ensure that its Subcontractors comply with the City's Equal Opportunity Contracting Program Consultant Requirements. Nothing in this Section shall be interpreted to hold the Consultant liable for any discriminatory practice of its Subcontractors.
