Non-duty Hours. 1. Employees “called-in” on non-duty work hours that are not contiguous to their normal shift will be paid on a two (2) hour minimum guaranteed pay at the employee’s regular rate. For example, if an employee’s typically scheduled work hours are from 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. and the employee is called-in at 7:00 p.m., he/she will be paid on a two (2) hour minimum.
