NON-ENGLISH SPEAKING. 2.1. Describe your firm’s services for non-English speaking defendants, particularly services provided to Spanish-speaking defendants as described on page 6. Provide a copy of the instruction booklet for Non-English speaking defendants. Community Support Services, Inc. actively recruits and employs bilingual/bicultural staff and counselors to provide services to non-English speaking clients, particularly Spanish-speaking clients. CSS provides ongoing in-service training on cultural sensitivity and diversity. All services, program forms, and materials are provided in English and Spanish. CSS provides services to participants in compliance with ADA requirements. Services are also available to the hearing or speech impaired participants and other participants with physical and or other disabilities, as well as non-English speaking defendants at no additional charge to the defendant or the City of Glendale.
