Service Training. CADigitizing will be solely responsible for, and will bear all costs of, providing technical support to their customers for Product.
Service Training. All Nutrition Service employees must successfully complete certification or recertification in CPR, First Aid, Fire Extinguisher and Blood Borne Pathogen as mandated by Xxxxxxxxxx County, State of Ohio or Federal Regulations. Nutrition Service employees shall also receive blood borne pathogen training each school year. Nutrition Service employees shall be paid for time spent for training required by the Board or by any state or federal law or regulation and the Board shall also pay, or reimburse, Nutrition Service employees for all required certifications and re-certifications.
Service Training. 31.1 The City agrees to make a good faith effort to provide an average per employee of at least forty (40) hours of service training per year. The term service training shall include all training provided during working hours. The PBA shall provide its recommendations for training to the Police Chief by November 1 of each year.
Service Training. Aspect agrees to provide initial service training to a mutually agreed upon number of Marquette service representatives prior to the market release of the EEG/BIS module, as well as periodic (annually at a minimum) ongoing training for existing and new Marquette service personnel.
Service Training. Training to update current scanners to incorporate upgrades and modifications will be made available by the Seller at QTI Novato, CA, USA facilities. Additional or advanced training for new or currently trained Distributor support staff can also be provided by the Seller at the request of the Distributor. Cost of training provided by the Seller is to be determined and quoted based on overall training needs.

29.3.1 Training or courses which are required by law or by the Fire Chief for the employee’s current position shall be City sponsored. Tuition or course costs for City sponsored training shall be at the expense of the City provided, however, if the employee fails to complete or pass the training, the employee shall be subject to disciplinary action. Time spent at City sponsored training during the employee’s regular work hours shall be compensated at the employee’s regular rate of pay. Time spent at City sponsored training beyond the employee’s regular work hours (off duty) shall be credited to the employee as time worked and compensated per Article 9. This provision is not applicable to paramedic school reimbursement as outlined in 29.1.
29.3.2 Training or courses for which an employee volunteers in order to improve skills or qualify for promotions shall be at the employee’s own expense (see Tuition Reimbursement) and during off duty hours. Training required but not completed prior to initial employment, such as certifications, shall also be at the employee’s own expense and during off duty hours.

31.2 All training requests in addition to service training shall not be unreasonably denied. Employees will be afforded the opportunity to attend, at a minimum, 40 hours of additional training in TDY status based on departmental need for that training. Any class eligible for salary incentive under CJSTC rules will be treated as such, regardless of whether the employee attends the class on a TDY basis. All denied classes will require a response to the employee with justification for the reason of denial by the Division Commander.
Service Training. All Distributor technicians performing warranty work must complete any applicable Generac training courses.
