Non Group Activities. 3.1 If a Member wishes to carry on a solo career as a musical performer or participate as in any solo projects or other work whilst remaining a Member of the Group they may do so without having to seek the written approval of all of the other Members provided always that such activity does not conflict with that Member’s obligations to perform Group activities, does not compete with Group activities and does not place that Member or any other Member(s) in breach of any agreement with or obligation to any third party with whom the Group is contracted.

Non Group Activities. 8. (a) Any Member who composes the music or writes the lyrics for any composition which is recorded by the Group will be entitled to the copyright in and the whole of the income from his work.

  • Program Activities Grantee must use the Grant Funds as set forth in Exhibit A (the “Program”).

Upon termination, Grantee must deliver to Agency all materials or other property that are or would be required to be provided to Agency under this Grant or that are needed to complete the Project activities that would have been performed by Grantee.
