Non-Municipal Personnel and Services. All services required herein will be performed by the Subrecipient under the direction of its Board of Directors or other governing body. Any services, which the Subrecipient deems necessary to assign to a subcontractor, must first have written approval from the City unless otherwise specified in PART B.
