Non-Nursing Duties. The parties recognize that RNs are highly educated professionals whose chief responsibility is patient care. The employer recognizes the importance of minimizing performing non-nursing duties and that the duties normally performed by clerical, housekeeping, transport or maintenance employees be performed by those employees and not RNs.
