Limited Warranty Period. This Limited Warranty covers only defects of any material or workmanship of the Product and components thereof when the Product and components thereof are being used under normal and ordinary conditions. In an event that a defect covered by this Limited Warranty occurs, Segway authorized distributors, or Parties, or dealers or in its sole discretion will repair or replace the defective Product or components thereof following this Limited Warranty. Limited Warranty Period. The Limited Warranty Period begins on the date the Product has shipped (the “Limited Warranty Start Date”) and will continue for the period set forth below: GM Energy PowerShift 3 years GM Energy Inverter 10 years GM Energy Home Hub 10 years GM Energy Dark Start Battery 10 years Any subsequent transfer of ownership of the Product will not extend the Limited Warranty Period for the Product.
Limited Warranty Period. The Original Buyer/Property Owner will have thirty (30) days from the installation date in which to register this Limited Warranty with DAB at www.dabdoorcom. This Limited Warranty must be registered with DAB within the 30-day period or this Limited Warranty becomes null and void. This Limited Warranty shall commence as of the dated of the installation and shall extend to the original buyer and to each successor homeowner or transferee. In the event the garage door is purchased for use in a non-residential or otherwise in a commercial-type setting then Limited Warranty period shall be limited by time to (5) years of coverage from the original date of installation, under this Limited Warranty. DAB will further warrant for a period of five (5) years from the date of installation of this garage door, the springs and rollers to be free of defect in material or workmanship. If the door sold under this Limited Warranty is found to have defective springs or rollers due to defective material or poor workmanship, so long as the door system is operated under normal use and service and in accordance with the manufacturer's operating instructions and provided with reasonable annual maintenance (see maintenance instructions) to the door system, as verified upon inspection by persons authorized by DAB, then DAB will replace any such defective spring or rollers. Labor and shipping costs will be at the expense of the Homeowner.
Limited Warranty Period. The terms of this Limited Warranty take effect on the date that the Customer, as defined herein below, takes delivery of the Vehicle (hereinafter referred to as the "Warranty Start Date") and shall remain in effect for the duration of the following periods, as applicable (each such period, a “Limited Warranty Period”). 1.
