Non-Regular, Non-Teaching Appointments. Remuneration shall be based on the following formulae: 15.10.1 A minimum rate based on entry step of the salary scale, pro-rated according to workload. 15.10.2 A seven percent (7%) allowance in lieu of employee benefits shall be added to the base stipend. 15.10.3 At the option of the Faculty Member, vacation will be taken as paid time off or as pay in lieu of vacation, either on each pay cheque or as a lump sum at the end of the calendar year or their contract at the rate of four percent of gross earnings.
