Non-Required Work Time. Employees shall not be required to volunteer time to the state. If records of voluntary time are kept by the state or the DHSMV, they shall not be used to adversely affect performance reviews or promotions.

Cooling Off Period You may terminate this Contract with immediate effect at any time within the period of 14 days after the date this Contract is entered into without incurring any liability to DFMC.
Minimum Extension Requirement If (and only if) the total of the Revolving Credit Commitments of the Revolving Credit Lenders that have agreed so to extend their scheduled Termination Date and the additional Commitments of the Assuming Lenders shall be more than 50% of the aggregate amount of the Revolving Credit Commitments in effect immediately prior to the applicable Extension Date, then, effective as of such Extension Date, the scheduled Termination Date of each Extending Lender and of each Assuming Lender shall be extended to the date falling one year after the scheduled Termination Date in effect for such Lenders (except that, if such date is not a Business Day, such Termination Date as so extended shall be the next preceding Business Day) and each Assuming Lender shall thereupon become a “Revolving Credit Lender” for all purposes of this Agreement.

The ESC Region 8 and TIPS Members are the subgrantee or Subrecipient by definition. Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.
