Volunteer Time Clause Samples
The 'Volunteer time' clause defines the terms under which individuals may contribute their time and services to an organization without receiving monetary compensation. It typically outlines the expectations for volunteers, such as the scope of their duties, scheduling, and any required training or supervision. This clause ensures that both the organization and the volunteer understand their respective roles and responsibilities, helping to prevent misunderstandings and clarify that the arrangement does not create an employment relationship.
