Non-retention of Tenure Track Unit Members. Non-retention follows a decision not to continue the employment of a tenure track UNAC member. The chancellor or the chancellor's designee shall provide written notification of non- retention to the UNAC member. The following schedule of notification shall be based upon consecutive years of uninterrupted service as a tenure track UNAC member within the University of Alaska.
