Non-signatories. As a condition precedent to any performance by the Lessee in connection with any indemnity, payment or other obligation pursuant to this Exhibit G with respect to any Person claiming as a Tax Indemnitee which is not a signatory to this Lease, such Person shall expressly agree in writing with the Lessee to be bound by all the terms of this Exhibit G and this Lease applicable to such Person in its capacity as a Tax Indemnitee.
