NON-STANDARD. Hours will only be worked under a written agreement between the employee and the relevant manager which will state the conditions of the arrangements.

NON-STANDARD miscellaneous mechanical coupling devices and components" do not conform to standard dimensions and characteristic values as given in this Regulation and cannot be connected to standard coupling devices and components. They include, for example, devices which do not correspond with any of the classes a to r listed in paragraph 2.6., but conforming to existing national and international standards.
NON-STANDARD post spacing shall never be greater than the normal post spacing of the rail system being utilized for the connection. Any non-standard post spacing must be less than the standard post spacing but more than half the standard spacing. If a space less than the following is required, an adjacent section shall also be cut creating two (2) adjacent, non-standard sections of similar size:

NON-STANDARD. (Cable) Rate: payment of the non-standard (cable) television rate entitles the employer to license the program for unlimited broadcast for three (3) years on national non-standard television and in three (3) or fewer foreign countries.
a. Step-Up to National Public Television: Payment of the difference between the non-standard (cable) rate and the standard television rate shall entitle the Employer to license the program for three (3) years of unlimited broadcast on national public television and in unlimited foreign countries. Step-up payments, pension payments and the appropriate B-form shall be due within fifteen (15) days after the step-up release.
