NON-SUBSTANTIAL MODIFICATIONS. 14.1 Should the Designer/Builder find at any time during the progress of the Work that, in its judgment, existing conditions demand or make desirable a modification in the requirements covering any particulars or items of a non-substantial nature, it may proceed with such changes after providing the Owner with advanced written notice and upon receipt of the Owner’s approval. Non-substantial modifications shall include those which do not affect the appearance or usability of the residence. Designer/Builder agrees to inform Owner of any such non- substantial modifications. These non-substantial modifications will not require a Change Order to the extent they do not increase or decrease the Contract Sum or Contract Time. .

NON-SUBSTANTIAL MODIFICATIONS. The Client acknowledges and accepts that the Company is free to adapt and / or modify certain operational methods of providing the service to maintain the criteria of its quality and ensure its evolution at any time and without prior notice if these modifications do not affect the functionality of the service. Unless the Client refuses these non-substantial modifications by a registered letter, these modifications shall be automatically and immediately implemented by the Company. Any subsequent use of the service by the Client implies full and unreserved acceptance of the Agreement.
