Non-Teaching ASMs. a) A non-teaching ASM shall not be required to use more than 80% of available duty time for defined tasks and functions of the position. b) The non-teaching ASM will exercise discretion over the use of a minimum of 20% of available duty time for professional requirements/activities/attendant duties related to the position, having due regard for the operational requirements of the polytechnic.
