Non-Tenured Teacher Sick Leave Bank Withdrawal. The use of the non-tenured sick leave bank will follow the guidelines set forth in Article 14.2, Section A. In addition to the General Criteria requirements listed above, the following criteria must be met: a. The teacher must be non-tenured. b. The teacher must not have used more than five days of combined sick and/or personal leave days in any year of District service prior to the request. This type of Sick Leave Bank Withdrawal shall not exceed 15 days in any contract year.
