Common use of Non- Warranty Parts and Repair Services Clause in Contracts

Non- Warranty Parts and Repair Services. Should a Purchasing Entity require parts and/or repair services that are not covered by a warranty, Contractor agrees to furnish such parts and services in accordance with the rate set forth below.
