Parts Pricing. 3.7.1 All replacement parts shall be of Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM). Exceptions are made when OEM parts are no longer available, the County must provide prior approval to replace parts with aftermarket parts.
Parts Pricing. The price charged for parts and materials shall not exceed the fair market price customarily charged by vendor for parts and materials to fleet customers and shall not exceed the lowest price charged by the vendor to other aviation clients for similar repair and maintenance work. When bidding or invoicing, pricing shall not be expressed as a fixed percentage xxxx-up or profit margin.
Parts Pricing. Contractor shall provide its full catalog of replacement parts for any Bobcat manufactured machine at the following rates: i. 18% over dealer net ii. Orders placed on CVE stock orders will have no freight charges iii. Special order parts orders will incur actual freight and handling fees as billed from our Vendors
Parts Pricing. A. Fleet Management staff may intermittently check parts pricing to verify that the City is being billed for the actual cost paid for parts without markup. When requested, the Contractor will supply the City with invoices from the Contractor’s vendor for price comparison.
Parts Pricing. Price listed is for all parts and materials needed to complete repairs of Equipment. Pricing is based on a percentage mark-up over the Contractor’s supplier’s invoice cost. Mark-up must be a single whole percentage and not exceed fifteen percent (15%). Parts and material price is inclusive of transportation and delivery charges fully prepaid by the Contractor, Freight on Board (FOB) destination to the Client Agency. The Contractor shall bear risk of loss during delivery of Contractor’s Equipment, parts, and materials until delivered to the Client Agency at the Delivery Location. The Client Agency shall pay expedited freight charges when deemed necessary and authorized in writing by the Client Agency.
Parts Pricing. Metrika shall sell the Plastic Parts and Electronic Parts to Ostex at Metrika's direct cost in purchasing such parts (without xxxx-up) plus Metrika's direct labor costs for receiving, quality control and inspecting such parts. Invoices sent to Ostex for such materials will itemize, in reasonable detail, the component costs, and Ostex shall have the right to audit such costs as provided in Section 3.2.5. Ostex's right to continue purchasing parts at Metrika's cost (as defined in the preceding sentence) shall continue, as long as Ostex has on a pro-rata basis contributed to any non-recurring engineering or capital equipment costs necessary to produce such materials and attain such costs. In the event that Ostex contributes to a non-recurring engineering or capital equipment cost, and Metrika does not, Metrika shall pay Ostex, upon demand, the difference in costs for such materials that Metrika uses.
Parts Pricing. During the Term and until the end of the seven (7) year following the last shipment of a Product under the Agreement, the prices for any replacement parts, components or sub-assemblies of the Products (to the extent not otherwise provided pursuant to an applicable warranty obligation) will be Biochrom’s published prices, less a discount of [***], unless the parties otherwise agree to a price schedule for such items.
Parts Pricing. Baasel will sell Parts to CardioGenesis on a most-favored customer basis, regardless of quantity ordered by CardioGenesis, for Parts which are not unique to the OEM Product, and will charge CardioGenesis a price for any such unique Parts as bear a commercially reasonable proportional relation to such most-favored customer price for the non-unique Part nearest in form and functionality to such unique Part. The initial prices for Parts have not been determined by the parties as of the Effective Date, but will be agreed upon by the parties in good faith as soon as possible after the Effective Date, and no later than by the completion by Baasel of Phase 4 under the Development Efforts, with such agreement to be evidence by an amended executed Exhibit F hereto.
Parts Pricing. 3.3.1 The prices applicable to the PARTS purchased under this agreement shall be set forth in the attached Spares Pricing Schedule. Refer to Appendix #3. Pricing for PARTS shall be negotiated semi-annually. Either BUYER or SELLER may request re-negotiation of the Price Schedule for Spare Parts at any time if the Yen to US Dollar ($) exchange rate causes a hardship or results in the PARTS prices to not be marketable by the BUYER.
Parts Pricing. Except as set forth in Section 6(a)(i) below, the purchase price and terms for Parts shall be determined in accordance with Mercury's standard industry dealer programs in effect at the time of Xxxxxx' order.
