Nonforfeitability of Benefits. Subject only to the specific provisions of this Plan, nothing shall be deemed to divest a Participant, Former Participant or Beneficiary of his right to the non-forfeitable benefit to which he becomes entitled in accordance with the provisions of this Plan.
Nonforfeitability of Benefits. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 5, above, a Participant’s benefit under the Plan shall become completely nonforfeitable if any of the following events occur prior to Participant’s termination of employment with the Bank:
