NONRENEWAL OF LIMITED CONTRACTS. A. The Superintendent shall on or before the fifth day of April, deliver or cause to be delivered to the teacher, a written notification of the intent of the Superintendent to recommend to the Board that the teacher will not be re- employed at the expiration date of their limited contract. Reasons for the decision to non-renew must be stated in the letter. Evaluation data or other information in support of the recommendation shall be made available to the teacher or designated representative upon request.
