Notice Distribution. Within twenty-one (21) days of the Preliminary Approval Date, the Settlement Administrator shall send to all Class Members and Putative Collective Members, via First Class United States Mail and e-mail, the Court-approved Notice and Claim Form, enclosing a postage pre-paid return envelope. The Settlement Administrator will also send a text message advising Class Members and Putative Collective Members of the settlement. The Parties will also explore notification options via LinkedIn with the settlement administrator and will include some form of LinkedIn notice if it is cost effective and likely to significantly increase participation.
