Notice in case of Death. In the event of death of the Lessee who is an individual/ natural person, the person or persons to whom the title shall be transferred as heir or otherwise shall cause notice thereof to be given to the Lessor within 3 (three) months from such death.

Notice in case of Death. In the event of the Lessee's death the person to whom the title has been transferred as heir or otherwise shall cause notice thereof to be given to the Lessor within three months from such death. The survivors and his/her or heirs of the allottee concerned would acquire the same lease-hold rights over the property, as the original allottee had in schedule property, but only after the determination of the claims and counter claims by the Lessor. If the claims and counter claims are of complicated nature, it is open to the Lessor to call upon the claimants and counter claimants to approach a competent Civil Court for the purpose of getting the matter adjudicated.

  • NOTIFICATION OF DEATH A. Upon becoming aware of the death of any person served pursuant to this Agreement, CONTRACTOR shall immediately notify ADMINISTRATOR.

Such notice shall not affect Your rights under this Agreement to take any action that You could have taken if I had not died.

  • WAIVER IN CASE OF EMERGENCY Section 34.1. In cases of emergency declared by the President of the United States the Governor of the State of Ohio, the Sheriff or Federal or State Legislature or the President of the University, such as acts of God or civil disorder, the following conditions of this Agreement may be temporarily suspended by the Employer:
