Notice; Meeting and Confer. In the event a dispute arises regarding the application or interpretation of any provision of this Agreement, the Co-Tenant alleging the dispute shall promptly notify the other Co-Tenants of the dispute in writing. If the Co-Tenants shall have failed to resolve the dispute within ten (10) days after delivery of such written notice, each Co-Tenant shall, within five (5) days of receipt of a written demand from the other Co-Tenant to do so, direct a member of its senior management to confer in good faith within five (5) days with a member of senior management of the other Co-Tenants to resolve the dispute. Should the Co-Tenants be unable to resolve the dispute to their mutual satisfaction within fifteen (15) days, each Co-Tenant shall have the right to pursue the resolution of such dispute in accordance with the provisions of Section 7.3.‌ In no event shall the Transmission Owner or Transmission Provider be asked to resolve a dispute between or among the Co-Tenants.

  • Right to Convene Meetings The Warrant Agent may at any time and from time to time, and shall on receipt of a written request of the Corporation or of a Warrantholders’ Request and upon being indemnified and funded to its reasonable satisfaction by the Corporation or by the Warrantholders signing such Warrantholders’ Request against the costs which may be incurred in connection with the calling and holding of such meeting, convene a meeting of the Warrantholders. If the Warrant Agent fails to so call a meeting within seven days after receipt of such written request of the Corporation or such Warrantholders’ Request and the indemnity and funding given as aforesaid, the Corporation or such Warrantholders, as the case may be, may convene such meeting. Every such meeting shall be held in the City of Toronto or at such other place as may be mutually approved or determined by the Warrant Agent and the Corporation.
