Common use of Notice of Arrest Clause in Contracts

Notice of Arrest. As a condition of employment, each employee shall: abide by the terms of 31 this article and notify the appropriate administrator of any arrest/charges involving the sale and/or 32 possession of drugs within 48 hours of any such arrest/charge.
