Notice of changes to ECP network. Contractor shall notify Covered California with respect to any material change as of and throughout the term of this Agreement to its ECP contracting arrangements, geographic distribution, percentage coverage, ECP classification type (e.g. 340B), and other information relating to ECPs within thirty (30) business days of any change in ECP contracts. Contractor shall notify Covered California of any pending material change in its ECP contracting arrangements at least 60 days prior to any change or immediately upon Contractor’s knowledge of the change if knowledge is acquired less than 60 days prior to the change, and cooperate with Covered California in planning for the orderly transfer of plan members.

The Supplier shall consider any request by the Customer to increase the number of Story Points for a Release, and may, subject to the Change Control Procedure set out at Clause 28, agree to such request.
