Additional Marketing Efforts a) For the 2020 Plan Year, and any year thereafter, Covered California may engage in additional marketing activities to ensure consumers are aware of new laws and new programs that could impact consumers, such as the new State premium assistance program and State mandate. As part of those activities, Covered California may conduct marketing efforts co-branded with all QHP Issuers currently participating in Covered California or branded only with Covered California, including radio, television, or print advertisements, and make additional media buys using existing or new collateral and material, on behalf of Contractor.

Additional Marketing Efforts. Effective as of the Transaction Effective Date, the following language is added to Exhibit F to the Agreement: “On or before *****, Frontier, at its cost, shall undertake the following marketing efforts: ***** On or before *****, Frontier, at its cost, will implement the below cardholder exclusives. The new benefits will remain relative in value to competitive benefits in the ultra-low cost carrier market: • One annual Companion Certificate redeemable for ***** (plus taxes and fees) for use on any flight purchase of ***** or greater. Certificate to be delivered by Barclays via email to all new and current annual fee paying customers. ***** Confidential portions of the material have been omitted and filed separately with the Securities and Exchange Commission. • Reduced Award Redemption Fees for all cardholders based on days until redemption flight date. *****
Additional Marketing Efforts. Registrar acknowledges and agrees that the Registry Operator, its subcontractors, affiliates, agents, and/or service providers may at times engage in additional marketing promotional and communications efforts including but not limited to: reseller activity, direct sales, establishment of the ‘.buzz store’, participation in specifically timed and/or themed .buzz domain name auctions, participation in tradeshows and conferences, development of educational platforms to promote knowledge of domain names, the domain name industry and dotStrategy, Co. interests and developed properties and packaging of promotion and products deemed as ‘value add’ to the interests, business and properties of the .buzz registry and dotStrategy, Co.
Additional Marketing Efforts. In the event that World Omni elects to conduct separate marketing or solicitation efforts to solicit Applications for the Program during the term of this Agreement, World Omni shall bear all costs related to developing and administering such marketing and solicitation efforts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, PrivilegeONE shall have the right to approve of such marketing and solicitation efforts, and of all solicitation materials generated for such marketing and solicitation efforts.
