Notice of Dates. Licensee and Licensor shall each use best efforts to address all Licensee/Team and Raiders scheduling concerns. Licensor shall provide Licensee all iterations of the planned Raiders schedule (Pre-Season, Regular Season, and possible Post-Season) promptly once received and shall stay in regular contact with Licensee regarding such schedule.
