Common use of Notice of Discipline Following Xxxxxx Conference Clause in Contracts

Notice of Discipline Following Xxxxxx Conference. If after the Xxxxxx conference, the Xxxxxx Officer recommends to continue with the discipline and/or dismissal the District shall provide the employee a written Notice of Discipline that will either continue/amend/reduce/or dismiss the discipline within ten (10) working days following the Xxxxxx conference. The written Notice of Discipline shall advise the employee of the employee’s right to request a disciplinary hearing.
