Notice of FOP Officials. The FOP shall be required to inform the City of the names of all Executive Board members on February 1 of each year. The FOP shall also inform the City of the names of all Wage Committee members not later than the first negotiating meeting between the City and the FOP. The FOP will inform the City of any changes in the membership of either the Executive Board or Wage Committee, in writing, within thirty (30) days of the change.
