Notice of Intended Absence. 159 Employees who are required to be absent from work for any reason will provide their immediate supervisor or designated representative with reasonable notice of such intended absences, and the reasons therefore. 160 Employees may request personal time off without pay if they have exhausted their Paid Time Off account.
