Notice of Intent to Object. To be effective, an objection must be made by an individual Settlement Class Member, not as a member of a group or subclass and, except in the case of a deceased or incapacitated Settlement Class Member, not by the act of another person acting or purporting to act in a representative capacity. For an objection to be effective, any such objection must be filed with the Clerk of the United States District Court, Northern District of California, Xxxxxx X. Xxxxxxx Federal Building & United States Courthouse, 0000 Xxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxx 000 X, Xxxxxxx, XX 00000, not later than thirty (30) days before the Final Fairness Hearing. The Settlement Administrator shall notify the Parties of any objection within three business days of the objection’s receipt.

  • Notice of Intent When the President or representative has reason to believe that a suspension or termination should be imposed, the President or representative shall provide the employee with a written notice of the proposed action and the reasons therefor. Such notice shall be sent certified mail, return receipt requested, or delivered in person with written documentation of receipt obtained. The employee shall be given ten (10) days in which to respond in writing to the President or representative before the proposed action is taken. The President or representative then may issue a notice of disciplinary action under Article 16.4.below.   • NOTICE OF INTENT TO SURRENDER Any other provision of this lease to the contrary notwithstanding, at least thirty (30) days prior to the normal expiration of the term of this Lease as noted under the heading TERM OF LEASE above, Tenant shall give written notice to Landlord of Tenant’s intention to surrender the residence at the expiration of the Lease term.   • Response to Demand Letter Within 10 days after the receipt of the Demand Letter, Ensign Group shall either: (a) cure the breach to OIG’s satisfaction and pay the applicable Stipulated Penalties or (b) request a hearing before an HHS administrative law judge (ALJ) to dispute OIG’s determination of noncompliance, pursuant to the agreed upon provisions set forth below in Section X.E. In the event Ensign Group elects to request an ALJ hearing, the Stipulated Penalties shall continue to accrue until Ensign Group cures, to OIG’s satisfaction, the alleged breach in dispute. Failure to respond to the Demand Letter in one of these two manners within the allowed time period shall be considered a material breach of this CIA and shall be grounds for exclusion under Section X.D.

  • CAFA Notice Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1715, not later than ten (10) days after the Agreement is filed with the Court, the Settlement Administrator shall cause to be served upon the Attorneys General of each U.S. State in which Settlement Class members reside, the Attorney General of the United States, and other required government officials, notice of the proposed settlement as required by law, subject to Paragraph 5.1 below.
