Notice of MHFA Classes. Grantee shall post MHFA classes to the National Council for Behavioral Health’s website at least 30 days prior to the class date. When entering class information into the National Council’s website, for classes that are for public school employees or employees of institutions of higher education, these must be marked as part of the “Texas School Initiative” under the category of funding source. This will help identify which classes are available at no cost to these employees.
