Class Information means information regarding Class Members that Defendant

Class Information means information regarding Settlement Class Members that R&M will in good faith compile from its records and provide to the Settlement Administrator and Class Counsel1. Class Information shall be provided in a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet and shall include, if possible, for each Settlement Class Member: full name, last known address, social security number, last known email address, last known telephone number, the number of work weeks during the Class Period that the Settlement Class Member was employed as a claimed exempt salaried employee, the gross wages paid to a non- exempt hourly Settlement Class Member for 2006, 2007 and 2008, and the dates of employment as a non-exempt hourly Settlement Class Member whose employment as a non-exempt hourly employee commenced after December 31, 2005 and/or ceased before January 1, 2009. The foregoing information shall be derived using R&M’s payroll data. In addition, R&M will provide with the Class information a listing of the actual rate of pay for each Settlement Class Member for the entire Class Period and a pay stub showing each rate of pay for each Settlement Class Member certified by R&M as accurate. Because Settlement Class Members’ private information is included in the Class Information, Class Counsel and the Settlement Administrator shall maintain the Class Information in confidence and shall use and disclose Class Information only for purposes of this Settlement and for no other purpose; access shall be limited to the Settlement Administrator's and Class Counsel’s personnel with a need to use the Class Information as part of the administration of the Settlement, and transmission shall be through use of a secure, password-protected file.

Examples of Class Information in a sentence

• Upon receipt of the Class Information, the Settlement Administrator will perform a search based on the National Change of Address Database to update and correct any known or identifiable address changes.

• The Class Information is being supplied solely for purposes of the administration of the Settlement set forth in this Stipulation and cannot be used by the Settlement Administrator or Class Counsel for any other purpose.

• No later than three (3) days after receipt of the Class Information, the Settlement Administrator shall notify counsel for the Parties that the list has been received and state the number of Settlement Class Members on the list.

• The Parties agree that the Class Information will not be used to solicit Class Members to file any claim, charge or complaint of any kind whatsoever against either of the Defendants or any other Released Parties and will only be used to administer the Settlement under the terms provided herein.

Class Information. To organize Artwork and to allow Students to use the Service, Teachers input first and (optionally) last names of Students in a Student roster. Student last names are used to identify Students in the School roster and are only visible to verified Teachers at the same School. Homeroom names are used to organize the roster for the Teacher's benefit and are only viewable within that Teacher's account. The Student's first names are used in email correspondences to Parents and Fan Club Members and is also the default caption (which can be edited) on all Custom Merchandise sold in the gift shop.
