Within twenty-one (21) calendar days after receiving the Class Information from Defendants, the Settlement Administrator shall mail copies of the Notice Packet to all Class and PAGA Members via regular First Class U.S. Mail.
In the absence of contrary documentation, the Settlement Administrator is entitled to presume the Compensable Shifts, Eligible Pay Periods and applicable job titles contained in the Class Notice are correct so long as they are consistent with the Class Information.
