Notice of New Business Activities. You agree that during any period of time when you are subject to restrictions pursuant to Section 1 or Section 2, you will notify any prospective employer or business associate of the terms and existence of this Agreement and your continuing obligations to the Company hereunder. You also agree to provide the Company with other pertinent information concerning such business activity as the Company may reasonably request to determine your continued compliance with your obligations under this Agreement. You hereby authorize the Company to notify others, including customers of the Company and any of your future employers or prospective business associates, of the terms and existence of this Agreement and your continuing obligations to the Company hereunder.

Notice of New Business Activities. The Employee agrees that during any period of time when the Employee is subject to restrictions pursuant to either Section 3 or Section 4 above, the Employee will notify any prospective employer or business associate of the terms and existence of this Agreement and the Employee’s continuing obligations to the Company hereunder. The Employee further agrees, during such period, to give notice to the Company of each new business activity the Employee plans to undertake, at least five (5) business days prior to beginning any such activity. The notice shall state the name and address of the individual, corporation, association or other entity or organization (“Entity”) for whom such activity is undertaken and the name or title of the Employee’s business relationship or position with the Entity. The Employee also agrees to provide the Company with other pertinent information concerning such business activity as the Company may reasonably request in order to determine the Employee’s continued compliance with the Employee’s obligations under this Agreement. The Employee hereby authorizes the Company to notify others, including but not limited to customers of the Company and any of the Employee’s future employers or prospective business associates, of the terms and existence of this Agreement and the Employee’s continuing obligations to the Company hereunder.

Notice of New Business Activities. Executive agrees that, until the expiration of two (2) weeks after the conclusion of the Non-Competition Period, Executive will give notice to BLSI of each new business activity he plans to undertake, at least two (2) weeks prior to beginning any such activity.   • Other Business Activities During the Term, Employee will not, without the prior written consent of the Company, directly or indirectly engage in any other business activities or pursuits whatsoever, except activities in connection with any charitable or civic activities, personal investments and serving as an executor, trustee or in other similar fiduciary capacity; provided, however, that such activities do not interfere with his performance of his responsibilities and obligations pursuant to this Agreement.
