Notice of Non-Reemployment. Except in situations involving serious misconduct, no non-probationary administrative assistant/clerical employee or technology specialist will be dismissed without first having been formally evaluated in the school year of the dismissal. All accrued vacation time, or pay in lieu thereof, shall be granted within fourteen (14) days of employment termination.
