Notice of non. Renewal of Contract 1. Certificated Administrators. In accordance with A.R.S. 15-503(D), the District must provide notice of its intent not to renew the contract of an administrator on or before April 15 of the current contract year for any exempt administrator who holds a certificate issued by the Arizona Department of Education.
