Notice of Nondiscrimination and Grievance Procedures. By December 7, 2014, the SULS will draft a notice of nondiscrimination to include a statement that the SULS does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, disability, or age in its programs and activities and provides equal access to the Boy Scouts and other designated youth groups. The notice shall contain the name and/or title, office address, electronic mail address and telephone number of the person(s) designated to coordinate the SULS’s efforts to comply with Section 504.
