Notice of Personnel File Entries. Material which is derogatory to a teacher’s conduct, service, character or personality shall not be placed in a teacher’s personnel file unless the teacher has had an opportunity to read the material. The teacher shall acknowledge having read such material by signing the actual copy to be filed. Such signature does not indicate agreement with content of the material.
