Common use of Notice of Possible Lay-Off Clause in Contracts

Notice of Possible Lay-Off. L14.01 On or before April 15 of each school year, the Board shall issue a notice in writing to the Union as to whether the total number of teachers employed exceeds the total number of teachers required for the ensuing school year as determined by the staffing levels agreed upon by the Parties.
