Reduction of Hours The Employer shall not reduce the weekly hours of work of an employee for the purpose of replacing such hours with another employee at a lower hourly rate of pay.
Notice of Redemption Notice of redemption shall be given by first-class mail, postage prepaid, mailed not less than 30 nor more than 60 days prior to the Redemption Date, to each Holder of Securities to be redeemed, at his address appearing in the Security Register. Notice of Recall When Employees are to be recalled by the Employer, they shall be notified by Registered Mail or any other written means the Employer may wish to utilize to their last place of residence known to the Employer, and if they fail to report within fifteen (15) calendar days after the delivery or receipt of such notice, the Employer shall not be under any obligation to re-employ them.
Effect of Notice of Redemption Once notice of redemption is mailed in accordance with Section 3.03 hereof, Notes called for redemption become irrevocably due and payable on the redemption date at the redemption price. A notice of redemption may not be conditional.
