Notice of Reduction of Hours. When the hours of a position are to be reduced from full-time to part-time status, by more than five hours per week, or to less than 10.5 hours per week in the bargaining unit, Human Resources will provide the affected employee(s) advance written notice of not less than fourteen (14) calendar days.
