Notice of Refunding; Notice of Redemption. The Escrow Agent, on behalf of the City and County, shall cause notice of the issuance of the 2019 Bonds to be given, in the form set forth in Exhibit D hereto, as soon as practicable after the issuance of the 2019 Bonds by mailing such notice to the registered owners of the Refunded Bonds and filing such notice with the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (“MSRB”) through the Electronic Municipal Market Access (EMMA) website of the MSRB.
