Notice of revocation of the Letter of Understanding may be given by either the Union or the EBA by written correspon- dence. Such notice shall be effective ninety (90} days fol- lowing delivery of such notice to the other party (the "effec- tive date"). All signatory contractors shall be notified of any such revocation by the party giving notice. No new work may be bid by any signatory contractor pursuant to the terms of the Letter of Understanding once such notice has been delivered. Any work that has been bid on and ten- dered by a signatory contractor on a project, in accordance with the Letter of Understanding prior to the giving of such notice by the Union may be completed in accordance with the Letter of Understanding. Following the effective date, all work performed by all signatory contractors shall be per- formed on an hourly basis under the full terms and condi- tions of the applicable provisions of the BACU/OPC Tile Provincial Collective Agreement.
