Notice of Vacancy The notice for a vacancy shall contain: the job title; the salary range if below the present level 31 (Amherst) or 34 (Boston); a description of the position; the bona fide occupational requirements; the shift (where appropriate); the location; the closing date for applications; and, if the position is grant-funded or contract-funded, the termination date of the position, if known. A copy of the notice shall be provided to the Union.
Notice of Vacancies The employer shall post and publish notice of all job vacancies sufficiently in advance of the hiring date to afford all employees an equal opportunity to make application for the position. Posting and publication of notice of vacancy shall be accomplished in a manner consistent with the requirements of the employer's nondiscriminatory recruitment procedure.
Written Form Amendments and additions to this Master Agreement or the individual agreement shall not be valid unless made in writing. This also applies to amendment to the requirement for written form.
ADDENDA 5.1 Addenda are instruments issued by the Owners prior to the date for receipt of bids which modify or interpret the specification document by addition, deletion, clarification or correction. 5.2 Addenda notification will be made available to all registered vendors immediately via e-mail for inspection on-line. 5.3 No formal bid addendums will be issued later than forty-eight (48) hours prior to the date and time for receipt of formal bids, except an addendum withdrawing the invitation to bid, or an addendum which includes postponement of the bid.
Notice of Layoff The Employer shall make every reasonable effort under the circumstances to provide affected employees with at least fourteen (14) calendar days’ notice prior to the contemplated effective date of a layoff.
