The Recipient must not, without DIA’s prior written consent, make any Material Variation to the Expenditure Programme(s) (including its description and scope) as set out in the Delivery Plan.
Clause 8.3 details the consents required to proceed with the redevelopment of the Kiosk and what to do if any changes are made to final endorsed plans that are considered to be a Material Variation.
Unless otherwise stated in the Contract, means: during the Planning Phase, a Planning Phase Material Variation; and during the Delivery Phase, any change to the Works including any addition, increase, decrease, omission, deletion, demolition or removal to or from the Works.
