Notice of Work Day Schedules. a) The Employer will post work schedules of days and/or hours for employees at least two weeks in advance of the week for which they apply. The Employer will give Columnists, Reviewers, Sports Reporters and Bureau Reporters a tentative schedule of the days and hours they will be expected to work in the following week. For clarity, it is understood that any schedule of starting times, hours or days will be subject to change for Columnists, Reviewers, Sports Reporters and Bureau Reporters and Article 1408 does not apply.
