Commission Entitlement. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, no Commissions shall be considered earned and due to DISTRIBUTOR under any circumstances with respect to:
(i) any sales to Direct Account or to any other account from which DISTRIBUTOR is not authorized by GCT to solicit orders; or
(ii) any payments obtained through engagement by GCT of any attorney or collection agency; or
(iii) any Customer orders submitted to GCT; or
(iv) any Customer orders submitted to GCT or its authorized distributors by DISTRIBUTOR prior to termination of this Agreement but which are not shipped to the Customer within the three (3) month period following the effective date of termination of this Agreement;
(v) any sales made to DISTRIBUTOR, to DISTRIBUTOR employees, or to any other entity in which DISTRIBUTOR or any of its principals has any ownership or other financial interest; or
(vi) any orders or portions thereof to which GCT is obligated to pay the Commissions to any other sales representatives.

(i) any sales to Direct Account or to any other account from which DISTRIBUTOR is not authorized by GCT to solicit orders; or
(ii) any payments obtained through engagement by GCT of any attorney or collection agency; or
(iii) any Customer orders submitted to GCT; or
(iv) any Customer orders submitted to GCT or its authorized distributors by DISTRIBUTOR prior to termination of this Agreement but which are not shipped to the Customer within the three (3) month period following the effective date of termination of this Agreement;
(v) any sales made to DISTRIBUTOR, to DISTRIBUTOR employees, or to any other entity in which DISTRIBUTOR or any of its principals has any ownership or other financial interest; or
(vi) any orders or portions thereof to which GCT is obligated to pay the Commissions to any other sales representatives.
Commission Entitlement. Commission Entitlement will be paid based upon the following criteria:
(i) A member of the Sales Group, subject to having met the other criteria as set out below, is entitled to commission on revenue after reaching the Monthly Base Quota, as set out above.
(ii) Commission based on the approved commission rates as set out below will be earned on the net advertising revenue.
(iii) The above said commission can be earned when a written Insertion Order is duly signed and accepted by an advertiser or its advertising agency, and approved in writing by the Employer, for an available ad space.
(iv) The properly booked advertisement is duly published as specified on the Insertion Order.
(v) The said Insertion Order is fulfilled, subject to adjustments or early termination requested by the client.
(vi) Payment of the said Insertion Order advertisement is collected.
(vii) Upon termination of employment, a member of the Sales Group shall be paid commission on all revenue for Insertion Orders that have been published prior to the date of termination. This payment will be made on a semi-monthly basis as revenue is received from clients within twelve (12) months of the termination date. Payment of commissions from Insertion Orders sold by the departing employee but published after the date of employment termination shall be paid to the departing employee, at the option of the employer,
(1) within seven days of the date of termination of employment at a discounted rate of 30% of the commission owing regardless of whether the Insertion Order is cancelled or payment is made by the client or
(2) at a discounted rate of 50% of commission owing on revenue that is collected.
Commission Entitlement. Commission Entitlement will be paid based upon the following criteria:
Commission Entitlement. Essex Guild Homes shall be entitled as set out in clauses (6) (7) to the fee overleaf if they introduce directly or indirectly any person who proceeds to exchange contracts on said property. All fees to be paid in full within 10 days of legal completion of the sale. You further agree to give your irrevocable authority to your Conveyancer / Solicitor / Legal representative appointed to pay any fees due plus vat upon Exchange of Contracts to Essex Guild Homes.
Commission Entitlement. If all of the terms of this Agreement are adhered to by the Managing General Agent, the Managing General Agent shall be entitled to commissions, as described below and listed on Schedule C hereto, on Insurance Policies produced by the Managing General Agent and the Agencies and written by the Company. The commission so paid shall be accepted by the Managing General Agent in full satisfaction of all claims by the Managing General Agent for services rendered and expenses incurred on behalf of the Company. Notwithstanding Termination of this Agreement, in the event of cancellation or termination of any coverage or policy prior to expiration, regardless of whether such cancellation or termination was by policyholder, the Company, or a premium finance company, the Managing General Agent shall refund any unearned commissions to the Company at the same rate paid to the Managing General Agent.
Commission Entitlement. In consideration for the Introductions, IQOption shall pay the Commission to the Introducing Broker in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The amount of Commission will be shown on the dashboard in the IB Account.
Commission Entitlement. In consideration for the Introductions, IQOption shall pay, subject at all times to the terms of this Agreement including to the fulfillment of the requirements set out in this clause 5, a Commission to the Introducing Broker in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The l amount of Commission will be shown on the dashboard in the IB Account.
Commission Entitlement. Palatine shall be entitled to Commission if a Prospective Seller Introduced by Palatine enters into a Relevant Contract.
Commission Entitlement. The Introducer shall be entitled to Commission if a Prospective Client Introduced by the Introducer enters into a Relevant Contract and the amount of commission payable shall be pursuant to Schedule A.
