Common use of Notice Period Defined Clause in Contracts

Notice Period Defined. In all cases herein where a notice period is 27 referred to in terms of working days, that period shall be construed as County 28 business days, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM excluding County 29 recognized holidays. It shall not refer to an individual nurse's working days. If any 30 provision of this agreement requires a notice and at the same time fails to specify the 31 length of such notice, it shall in all cases be ten (10) working days.
