Notice Periods for Fixed Term Contracts. 51.1.1 The University shall provide a fixed term general staff member, other than a staff member engaged as a replacement staff member or on a pre-retirement contract, written notice of the University’s intention to renew, or not to renew, employment upon the expiry of the contract.
