Notice periods – local agreements etc. If a conciliation meeting has been requested in accordance with of the provisions of clause 28 of this Collective Agreement concerning notice of termination of local agreements, customs or regulations, the request for a conciliation meeting shall have been received by the opposing organisation within the periods of notice stated in clause 28.
